Esta camiseta rinde homenaje a la temporada 2004–05 del Real Betis Balompié, con El Monte en el pecho, un año que marcó el gran punto de inflexión moderno del club. No fue su último título, pero sí el momento en que el Betis unió Liga y Copa con una ambición y regularidad pocas veces vistas en Heliópolis.
