Esta camiseta rinde homenaje a la SD Eibar de los años 80, una época en la que el club armero construyó su identidad lejos de los focos, entre Segunda B y Tercera, con fútbol directo, trabajo y un sentido muy claro de pertenencia. El azulgrana, sencillo y sin artificios, representaba a un equipo hecho a la medida de Ipurua.
